I took my partner’s car their for a service. Wow, how professional are they. Presentation of staff & reception was first class. Friendly & efficient. The car was ready at the time they anticipated. When I picked up the car, they explained everything they did & showed me photos of parts they replaced (before & after photos to show wearing). When I went into the car to drive off, their was a bag of lollies with their business logo on the bag. What a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They take pride in your car.

Simply fantastic! Paul, Dave and the team at ARV are professional, honest and are more interested in providing customer service than making as much money as they can out of you. I have been going there for some time now, after our previous mechanic moved interstate. We are very particular with our vehicles, and they are just as particular with them when working on them. They have an amazing up to date, and very clean work shop, and we couldn't recommend them enough. Well done on creating a fantastic local business.

I've been shopping around for someone to service my car since my last mechanic sold up a few years ago. I wanted someone, thorough so I can have peace of mind. With A.V.R Automotive, I have found a small business that cares more about the condition of my car than I do... They seemed to want to care for my vehicle as if it was their own. Can't fault that!

We have used AVR Automotive multiple times with excellent results. We appreciate their service and how transparent the repairs on our vehicle are. They found a fault in our car and were able to show photo's and describe the issue with our vehicle exceptionally well.

I met Paul and his Team over 10 years ago. Needed a super reliable and honest mechanic who could service several rep vehicles, as well as personal vehicles. Workmanship, time frames and overall cost has been excellent. I moved 45 min away from the area 4 years ago and still could not imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else.... Super loyal to Paul and his Team... I highly recommend stopping in and checking out AVR for yourself!

Service and waiting area is great! David is also great to deal with, thank you! Complimenty drink while waiting and a sneaky pack of lollies in the car waiting for you afterwards.Prices are a bit steep when compared to your common workshop but it is a quality workshop. Thank you.

Wow. AVR are a great example of amazing customer focus. After a long history of servicing through VW (mostly unsatisfied) I am happy to say that i am now converted to a local mechanic. The guys at AVR have earned my trust. They treated me like I was a king, did an amazing job and the pricing was almost 50% cheaper than VW. A well deserved 5.

I've been to AVR Brendale several times for mechanical and electrical repairs, inspections of new vehicles and the lot and have never been disappointed, the staff are super friendly and always explain things to you so you never leave confused or unsure about something.Great blokes, great service :)

I purchased a vehicle whilst in Brisbane for the school holidays and realised it needed a lot of work done to it. AVR worked in with my tight schedule to complete what turned into a mammoth job, ensuring my children and I were able to travel the 800km home safely towing our camper. Can't rate the team highly enough for thorough and professional work.

After finding AVR Automotive on the internet and phoning first, I was able to book my 1996 Toyota Starlet in for a very urgent wheel bearing replacement at short notice. Was so grateful for their very prompt accommodating service. It was my first visit to a mechanic in very many years (why I left it too long) and the nerves were horrendous, but Paul’s excellent communication skills, expertise, patience and respectfulness soon reassured me, as did the huge, clean, organised, spacious, extraordinarily well equipped and busy workshop and smiling friendly staff.Similarly the clean, tidy, well equipped and very comfortable waiting room showed a respect and thoughtfulness for their customers, even with access to the remote control to change the channel on the TV and a free coffee coupon for the delightful coffee shop over the road. The work was done so quickly and the warranty on the work gives me confidence of a job well done.When I got back to the car, I found it had also been cleaned and vacuumed! The very loud left side rear end whining noise is gone (no it wasn’t a mother-in-law), and I know what I am up for in the future.You really do get what you pay for. Thank you so much to the Team at AVR Automotive.

Great and friendly team! Looked after use with a smile and even put aside replaced parts to show us. Our VW would of cost twice as much at dealer repair shop. Even scored a courtesy car. We will be back! 👍

Exceptional service.Can’t say enough good things about this place. I chose to check out AVR after reading the glowing reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. It is everything the reviews have said and more. Friendly and very professional staff, clean workshop and waiting room. The work carried out on my car was exceptionally well done and documented. They even emailed me during the day with detailed photos and notes of other issues they found, along with a quote to correct them if I wished to go ahead with the work. My 12-year-old car now feels and drives like it did 10 years ago. Previously I had been going to the dealer network, never again; I will remain a customer of AVR. Thank you guys and keep up the great work.

We were recommended here by a friend who had been coming here for years and after our service can see exactly why they have been trusted with our friends cars for so long. Everything was explained in layman's terms, we were given options to rectify things that could be an issue moving forward without being told that it was 100% necessary like other services we have had in the past, and the price was more than competitive. I have been taking my car to A.V.R. Automotive for 5 years and get a thorough service every time.They do great customer service, very reliable work and experienced mechanics that keeps my car running and performing well without any problems. My car is at a stage where it needs parts replaced, but I have been given an honest review on what needs to be done including a free quote and plenty of conversations that makes all the difference and shows how Paul and his team are dedicated to the work they do and to the benefit of their customers.
