The team at AVR is incredibly professional, thorough, and transparent. They performed a meticulous electronic health check and lane inspection, capturing everything on detailed reports. They successfully completed a full automatic transmission flush, diff/transfer case oil replacements, and a full filtration upgrade (including the secondary sub-tank fuel filter which many other shops tend to ignore). What impressed me the most was their honesty. While diagnosing a timing chain rattle and some front-end suspension wear, they didn't just rush to push an expensive repair bill on me. Instead, they honestly advised me to contact Toyota first to see if I could secure a corporate goodwill repair for the engine issue, which proves they genuinely care about their customers' best interests rather than just making a quick buck.
